  • visually get acquainted with the doctors of the clinic;
  • get an idea of ​​the services’ prices;
  • real patient reviews;
  • information about the license, institution certification, as well as awards and gratitudes, which testify to the services quality;
  • work schedule and address;
  • the institution location mark on an interactive Google map;
  • the ability to call or make an appointment online through the site.

Now let's take a closer look at what blocks should be on the Homepage so that it meets all the requirements and gives each patient a comprehensive idea of ​​why and how he can apply to this clinic.

This is the top of the site. What's important? First, the header is common to most of the site's pages. And this means that, having finalized it on the Home page, the header will also change on other pages. Secondly, the header is the first thing visitors to your site see.   • LOGO - in the PC version it is located on the left (in exceptional cases - in the center), and on mobile devices it can be located in the middle;
  • ADDRESS - in the PC version it is always on the right, in the adaptive (mobile) version it is also desirable to place it on the right;
  • PHONES - each number must be clickable so that when pressed, a call occurs. Also placed on the right;
  • ICONS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS and instant messengers - clickable icons with links should also be placed in the header;
  • SIGN UP BUTTON – click to open an appointment form with the ability to send contact information;
  • MENU - basically always attached to the header and is an important part of it, because it reflects the internal structure of the site and helps the patient quickly find the information they need;
  • LINK TO PERSONAL ACCOUNT, if there is one on the site (most medical institutions have special accounting systems with which a registered patient can obtain information online - for example, the results of examinations or analyzes).

Particular attention should be paid to the visual design of the header. Despite the fact that it should contain all the specified blocks, the header should also be as compact as possible in appearance and low height.

This is especially true for mobile devices where the header can sometimes take up half the screen in horizontal view, which is neither correct nor convenient.

The “who needs these texts, no one reads them” idea is probably the leader among harmful stereotypes. Harmful, first of all, for the positions of your site in search engines (Google, Yandex), and at the same time for appointments from the site. Why?

Therefore, high-quality text on the Home page is a guarantee not only of high positions in search results, but also of loyalty and trust of patients who always have the opportunity to read more useful information.

It is also necessary to pay special attention to a high-quality video that would briefly and interestingly tell about your institution, contain an overview of the interior and equipment, as well as an invitation to seek services from leading clinic specialists.

The presence of this block on the home page is very important in terms of increasing the confidence of potential patients and, in general, increasing the loyalty of the target audience. Because most people are already accustomed to chatting and making new acquaintances online, focusing on a large number of photos on social networks. In fact, the same thing happens with the help of the site: the user gets the opportunity to visually get to know the doctor and get basic data about him and his qualifications.

Thus, psychologically, it is much easier for a person to turn to a specific specialist with his problem than to an abstract institution, which is what a medical center is for him at the acquaintance stage:

A very important point, which, unfortunately, is often underestimated. The best option for the footer would be to fill it with the following elements:

  • logo and a short slogan that gives an understanding of your clinic. It is located on the desktop on the right, in the adaptive version - at the top of the entire block;
  • it is most convenient to add the license number in the footer;
  • additional menu of services - we advise you to place not all services in it, especially if there are really a lot of them, but only the key ones;
  • working hours of the medical center and its branches;
  • addresses and contact numbers (also clickable) of all branches. In the desktop version, they are placed on the right;
  • rating of a medical institution - most often in the form of asterisks, which are left next to their reviews by patients;
  • additionally, the footer can contain: information about partners, links to articles, social media icons, etc.

 

In any case, the footer should not be made too large, and its content should be placed compactly from left to right.

Also, the important elements of the Start Page, which qualitatively complement and expand its marketing characteristics, include the following:

  • block "News" or "Articles" (or a preview of two blocks at once);
  • "carousel" (or a block of another format) with a photo and the ability to go to a separate page of the photo gallery;
  • photo of certificates, clinic awards;
  • prices - you can put the price list for the most popular services on the home page, and add the ability to go to a separate section with the entire list of prices;
  • block "Special offers" or "Promotions" - usually a slider helps to draw attention to them, but you can also embed a separate block of banners into the structure of the Start Page;
  • additional forms for recording or quickly ordering a call (here it is possible to connect call tracking in order to receive more complete statistics on calls);
  • a chat window that allows patients to receive answers to their questions in real time. This increases the loyalty of the audience, and also allows you to significantly increase the number of hits from the site. However, working with the chat will require the attention and time of your administrators!
